The second to the eldest among seven children, Pastor Cely Esteban heard about Jesus as a youth in the Philippines in 1985. It was only when she came to Canada in 1991, however, when she seriously committed herself to God. She started serving the Lord in different ministry capacities beginning 1992, and became a church coordinator for over four years. In 2015, God transitioned her to a new ministry assignment at JRAM Strathmore as an associate pastor.

A diploma holder in Oil and Gas Administration, she worked in the said industry in Calgary for over 12 years. Today, Pastor Cely is in her second year of Bible schooling at Pacific Life Bible College, taking up Bachelor in Theology.

Pastor Cely is blissfully married to Rene, her loving and supportive husband of more than 20 years and counting.
